In 1992 the late Andrew McGlennon opened his practice and in 1995 moved his office to Arthur Road in Wimbledon Park. An experienced property and probate lawyer, Andrew quickly built up a successful following.
In February 2004 William Essex joined the practice, and in July 2009 succeeded Andrew as the sole Principal of the practice.
The firm continues with an emphasis on wills, probate and property work. As well as wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and residential conveyancing experience, as a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners William specialises in leasehold renewal and extension work and freehold acquisition by leaseholders.
In the summer of 2018 Maria Kapnoulla joined the firm, initially providing paralegal support but was soon offered a training contract. Now a qualified solicitor Maria’s focus is mainly on residential conveyancing.
In July 2024 Gabriella Pinto joined us to add further paralegal support for our residential conveyancing service.
Nasrin Moini underpins the firm by dealing with the accounts and administration and also assists in probate work. Our grateful thanks as well to Jennie Thomson who provides reception duties for McGlennons.
